DETENT MECHANISM FOR LEVER SWITCH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch knob having a detent mechanism of a lever switch capable of switching with a reliable detent feeling and materializing space saving, and capable of switching with a smooth detent feeling. ;SOLUTION: At least space saving of an operating lever 4 in the shaft direction can be materialized by shortening the length of each detent spring by letting two detent springs 7 share and receive energizing force of the detent spring required for switching with a reliable detent feeling by high operating force. Since a stress can be set at a low level by thinning a wire diameter as for the detent spring 7 to share the energizing force, durability can be enhanced and operating sound of the detent mechanism 1 can be reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
