PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert the point of a point coupon into a prepaid use coupon and to change a conversion rate from the point into the prepaid use coupon in accordance with the accumulation state of the points. ;SOLUTION: A home page generation program 203 receiving a home page generation request issues a point coupon conversion request to a point coupon conversion program 207 in a server when a requested home page is a home page containing conversion information on a point coupon. The point conversion program 207 issues a point acquisition request to a point coupon management program 206. The point coupon conversion program 206 acquires the conversion rate of the user from the point conversion rule table 216 of the data base 304 and converts the number of points that a user holds by using the acquired conversion rate. The result is given to a prepaid-type coupon management program 205 and a coupon point addition request is made.
