PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyurethane-based emulsion excellent in heat sensitive gelation properties, stable preservability and mechanical stability, and to provide a producing method therefor.;SOLUTION: This producing method is conducted by simultaneously and separately adding (a) a polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer having at least one kind of group selected from primary and secondary amino groups in one molecule and (b) a low-molecular compound having at least one kind of group selected from the group consisting of a primary amino group, secondary amino group, primary hydroxyl group, and secondary hydroxyl group to a polyurethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group in its molecule, on or after emulsifying the prepolymer into water by using an nonionic surface active agent, and by reacting them with one another and then adding an electrolyte thereto.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
