PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in a loss rate of heat seal operation caused by shortening of life of a release film and to perform high speed and highly efficient sealing by bringing a tape made of a fluororesin covered with an electric current carrying type heat generating line into contact with the end part of a heat dissipation bar and sticking each of both end parts of the width of the tape on each face of both sides of the heat dissipation bar with a pressure-sensitive adhesive. ;SOLUTION: As a tape raw material made of a fluororesin, a sheet prepd. by coating a heat-resistant cloth with a polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion and baking it is used and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12 provided on both end parts of the width of one face of the tape raw material made of the fluororesin is prepd. by coating a rubber type pressure-sensitive adhesive and sticking of a double-bond tape. In addition, as an impulse type heat sealer using a seizingproof tape, a release tape 1 made of the fluororesin is stuck and fixed on each side face 212 of the heat dissipation bar 21 with its each pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12. It is possible thereby to instantaneously exchange the release tape 1 and to remarkably shorten exchange time and to improve efficiency of heat seal even if thickness becomes thin which causes shortening of life of the release tape 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
