PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of easily joining adhering materials each other and exhibiting a sufficient adhesion strength, or the like, after curing by containing a photo cationic polymerizable compound, a photo cationic polymerization initiator and a heat conductive particles or fibers.;SOLUTION: This photo-curing type heat conductive tacky adhesive composition contains (A) a photo cationic polymerizable compound, (B) a photo cationic polymerization initiator for inducing the cationic polymerization of the component A with an irradiation of a light and (C) heat conductive particles (preferably having 0.1-300 μm weight-average diameter), or fibers. Preferably 1-300 pts.wt. component C is contained based on 100 pts.wt. component A. Also, the component B is preferably blended so as to generate ≥0.0001 mole % cation based on 1 mole photo cationic polymerizable group. The composition preferably further contains (D) 10-1,000 pts.wt. tacky polymer based on 100 pts.wt. component A.
