PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for verifying the linkage device of a rail road signal system for operating test for judging that there is not any convenience in the control of a linkage device in the actual range of a calculating time and computer resources in a form with further comprehensiveness, and a record medium. ;SOLUTION: This system is provided with a selecting process 3 for designating a a job site equipment and train to be verified being arbitrary one part from input expression 1 in which propositions for indicating linkage equipment, job site equipment, train, facility arrangement, and the specification of control to be operated by the linked equipment to the job site equipment are described by selection designation expression 2, and selecting expression 1a of partial expression 4 in which the designated job site equipment and train to be verified is described and expression 2a of the partial expression 4 in which the propositions for indicating the specification of the control to be operated by the linkage equipment to the job site equipment corresponding to the designated job site equipment is described.
