PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute sand laying on the sea bottom weak ground of large water depth in an accurately rational cost by simultaneously using a plurality of sand pile reclamation hollow pipes to spray sand in a wide range and attaching a blade to the edge part of the hollow pipe.;SOLUTION: Sand pile reclamation hollow pipes 6 are continuously mounted on the ship of a sand pile reclamation ship 1 at prescribed pitches, and erected along a leader ship respectively to be vertically ascended and descended. A blade 9 of constitution having a leveling angle is attached to the lower end of each hollow pipe 6 to be rearward of the advancing direction of the hollow pipe 6. A weight type sand surface meter 10 is attached to the lower end of the hollow pipe 6 through a support pipe further rearward of the blade 9. The sand surface meter constitutes a depth measuring system by combination of a depth indicator on the ship, depth surveying is executed, and the lower end position of the hollow pipe is adjusted by the result.
