PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and easily transmit the black list data of a medium for authentication. ;SOLUTION: The black list data containing identification information specifying any medium inhibited or limited in use among media for authentication such as credit cards are transmitted from a pager base station 11 to radio reception terminal equipment, which plural shops 18 respectively have, for collating the medium for authentication by radio in the manner of broadcasting.
