PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated Cu plated steel panel suppressed in the deterioration of soldering properties with the elapse of time and showing good corrosion resistance after soldering. ;SOLUTION: In a resin-coated Cu plated steel panel, a film with a thickness of 0.5-2 μm comprising an aq. resin wherein a thermal decomposition temp. due to org. resin flux is 80-200°C and the thermal decomposition temp. of the resin itself is 250°C or higher is formed on the surface of a Cu plating layer. If necessary, 5-30 wt.% of slow flux and a chromium compd. of which the adhesion amt. is 5-20 mg/m2 as Cr can be compounded with a film forming resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
