PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for the scattering of dust-granule enabling efficient scattering of the granule reducing the load on the worker and provide dust-granule to be used in the above scattering process. ;SOLUTION: A number of granules 2 floating on the water surface over a prescribed period and sinking in water by the impregnation of water into the granule are floated on water and diffused and moved with wind blow. The granule 2 has a main component part having high hydrophilicity at the core and a coating layer coating the core part and having hydrophilicity smaller than that of the core part.
