FILLING OF SLICED PICKLE OF ROOT VEGETABLES IN BAG AND PRODUCT OF SLICED PICKLE OF ROOT VEGETABLES FILLED IN BAG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for filling slices of a sliced pickle of root vegetables in a bag by which the individual slices of the pickle are obliquely fallen in a state of successively slipped off in the longitudinal direction of the original shape of the root vegetables and filled in a beautifully continuously lined up state in the form of fallen domino pieces in the bag while filling the slices of the sliced pickle of the root vegetables as a state continuous in the original shape of the root vegetables in the bag. ;SOLUTION: Slices 50 of a sliced pickle of root vegetables are kept in a state thereof densely lined up in the shape of the original root vegetables and charged into a bag 8 comprising a transparent synthetic resin material and an opening of the bag 8 is sealed. The slices 50, together with the bag 8, are successively vertically pressed from one end of the lining up direction of the slices 50 lined up in the bag 8 to level the slices 50 lined up and packed in the bag 8 in the lining up direction while successively obliquely falling the slices 50 from one end side in the lining up direction of the slices 50 in a state of domino pieces. Thereby, the respective slices 50 are lined up in an obliquely fallen posture to nearly fill the slices 50 in a space between the one end in the bag 8 and the other end of the bag 8.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
