PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for calculating a delivery time for easily operating the change or setting of a working date or a non-working date, and for reducing any adverse influence on a system, and for quickly obtaining a decided result by calculating an order date or a delivery date in the format of a date based on the position of a searched date. ;SOLUTION: The part of a column corresponding to the year of an order date in a working date management table 200 is referred to (S34). Identification data are referred to (S36). Whether or not the character is 1 which indicates a working date is decided (S38). When the decided result is positive, the working count value of a working counter is added by 1 (S42). Whether or not the working count value to which 1 is added is made coincident with an obtained read time is decided (S44). When the decided result is positive, a pointer is shifted from the position of the order date only by a calendar count value on the working date management table 200.
