PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor and time required for installing a sample and further miniaturize a three-axis cell itself. ;SOLUTION: At least either a cap 3 or a pedestal 2 is surrounded for providing an annular member 6 that is mounted to a cylindrical cell 5 so that it can slide in the same direction along with at least one axial move of the cap 3 or the pedestal 2, at least one end of a rubber sleeve 4 is mounted to the annular member 6 and the rubber sleeve 4 is fitted between the pedestal 2 and the cap 3 in the cylindrical cell 5, and the annular member 6 slides along with the expansion/contraction in the axial direction of a sample X, thus displacing the rubber sleeve 4 in the axial direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
