SOLUTION: An automated trace material analysis device comprises a sampling part 100 for capturing a sample containing a trace material, a concentrating part 200 having the function of concentrating the trace material in the sample captured by the sampling part, an analysis part 300 for analyzing and measuring the trace material concentrated, and a control part 400 automatically and integrally controlling each part. In this case, for one system of analyzer 61 in the analysis part 300, at least two systems of concentrating devices 26, 27 of the concentrating part 200 providing a concentrated reagent to the analyzer 61 are provided, and certain samples are supplied to the concentrating devices 26, 27 of each system by a plurality of parallel multipoint selector valves 21-24 from one series of samples independently captured at many points P1-P10.
