A treating agent supply means 4 is connected to the treatment chamber 3, through which the treating agent is introduced along with the introduction of the exhaust gas, and both exhaust gas and treating agent are brought into contact with each other to make them undergo a chemical reaction. In addition, a capturing element 5 is arranged in the treatment chamber 3 to make the element 5 capture the dust contained in the exhaust gas introduced into the treatment chamber 3, and at the same time, a harmless solid matter and also a harmless liquid content generated through chemical treatment in the treatment chamber 3 are captured by the element 5.
