PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide word processor software which can efficiently process the word of Japanese and a foreign language through the use of abbreviation system conversion registration. SOLUTION: At the time of registering a Japanese word in am abbreviation system, a spelling which is a part of an English word having the same meaning as the Japanese word, which contains no less than one upper case litter or lower case letter in Roman characters and which is not general as the former Japanese word is registered to the key input of the word. At the time of registering the English word having the same meaning as the Japanese word in the abbreviation system, the part of the upper case letter or the lower case letter of the Roman character in key input in the partial spelling of the word used at the time of registering the Japanese word in the abbreviation system is registered in key input. Then, word processor software where the English word having the same meaning as the Japanese word is registered is obtained.
