NATURAL STONE-TOUCH SHEET, MANUFACTURE THEREOF, AND MANUFACTURE OF STRUCTURE USING NATURAL STONE-TOUCH SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the natural stone-touch, gorgeous and non-artificial appearance and at the same time, reduce the weight and make the manufacture easy by forming a sheet consisting of a natural stone-touch layer which uses a cobblestone material coating containing white marble or silica sand as an aggregate and a multicolored chief material coating based mainly on a marble grain material which represents various kinds of a stony touch pattern. ;SOLUTION: A cobblestone material coating containing white marble or silica sand as an aggregate is sprayed in a piecemeal pattern on a protecting sheet 1 using a spray gun so that the coating represents a mottled pattern. In addition, a multicolored chief material coating is applied in succession and then is dried to form a marble grain coating film close to a natural stone to obtain a natural stone-touch layer 4. Further an undercoating is sprayed and dried to form a natural stone-touch sheet 5 including the protecting sheet 1. Further an adhesive is applied to the back face of the sheet 5 and the sheet 5 is bonded to a concrete wall face. After the adhesion is completed, the protecting sheet 1 is peeled. Thus a structure is obtained which has a natural stone-touch, especially a granite-touch and gorgeous non- artificial outlook on the surface.
