PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a converter with small reflection, radiation and transmission loss at a connected part between a coplanar waveguide and a tri-plate type strip line.;SOLUTION: A strip conductor 11 of a coplanar waveguide A has the same line width as that of a strip conductor 21 of a strip line B and they are formed continuously. Ground electrodes 12, 12 of the coplanar waveguide A are inserted to the strip line B and used for ground electrodes 32, 32.
