PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for controlling a teaching material making good use of a composite material in an intellectual CAI system, where in addition to making good use of such multi-media materials as dynamic images or audio sounds as they are or a material in which a plurality of these materials are related as they are and utilizing operation from a conventional learner side as it is, scenario is advanced along a flow of those materials even if there is no operation from the learner side and to provide a storage media storing a control program of the teaching material making good use of the composite material. SOLUTION: A teaching material control making good use of a composite material as a material of an intellectual CAI system is supported by controlling a scenario defining a flow of materials presented to a learner by relating an element corresponding to a page and a block divided by a division information given in a material, and by outputting in parallel to the learner another materials linked with materials related to the element.
