PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance of a molding by providing, on the molding, a substantially U-shaped mounting part to be engaged with a peripheral part, a design part covering the upper surface of a mounting part, and a connecting means for fitting a protruding part to a recessed part to connect the mounting part to the design part. SOLUTION: An upper edge mounting part 14 and side edge mounting part 15 have substantially U-shaped sections engageable with a transparent plate-like body 72 so as to hold the transparent plate-like body 72 extending from its reverse side 72A to the surface 72B. A recessed part 21 has a substantially rectangular section, and it is continuously formed in a groove shape along the longitudinal direction of the upper edge mounting part 14 and a side edge raised part 16. A protruding part 22 has a substantially rectangular section fittable to the recessed part 21, and it is continuously formed along the longitudinal direction of a design part 13. Such a connecting means 20 can connect a mounting part 12 to the design part 13 so as to be situated in optional relative positions laid along the longitudinal direction by fitting the recessed part 21 to the protruding part 22.
