The movement signals after the high-speed Fourie transform are filtered and a respiratory rate graph and heart rate graph are formed. The frequencies of the max. amplitudes of the respective graphs are determined as the respiratory rates and the heart rates. Further, a vital motion manual is built according to various living patterns. This manual and the respiratory rates and heart rates of very specified time are compared and the alarm is emitted according to the difference and is announced to an announcement destination.
