PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce joining places of beams, and to eliminate use of a support by joining mutual steel frame beams having joining plates in an end part by butting the mutual joining plates in a reinforced concrete column. ;SOLUTION: A steel frame beam 1 is arranged between PC columns 10, and mutual joining plates 2 are butted in a head part of the PC columns 10 to be joined by bolts 11. Next, a PC beam is installed in the orthogonal direction of the steel frame beam 1, and when placing concrete by arranging a hoop on a column main reinforcement, the steel frame beam 1 and the PC beam 12 are joined to the PC columns 10. The steel frame beam 1 is joined in the PC columns 10 by the joining plates 2, and since the joining plates 2 are projected from flanges 3, bearing rupture is prevented against a wrench of the steel frame beam 1. Thus, since the beam can be joined by butting connecting plates in a reinforced concrete column, joining places of the beam is reduced to about half of usual one.
