RECYCLING METHOD OF UNUSED MATERIAL DERIVED FROM PRODUCTION OR THE LIKE HARDLY GENERATING DIOXIN AND PETROLEUM STOCKPILE TYPE HYBRID PRODUCED BY THIS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a reprocessed article at the low temp. at which dioxin and carbon dioxide are not generated by introducing a prescribed amount of various unused production- derived material and industrial waste material into a moving type metallic mold in a tunnel type furnace separately or by mixing, pre-heating the material and pressing at a prescribed pressure after lapse of a prescribed time. ;SOLUTION: At the time of producing the reprocessed article from the derivative material such as ore based production-derived material, seashell based and petroleum rubber based derived material, the derivative material M is introduced into the moving type metallic mold 11 of an in-furnace moving type reprocessing device 5 through a grinding-screening plant 1, a mixing-charging or separately charging plant 2 or 3 and a measuring plant 4. Then the metallic mold 11 is moved successively to a preheating-charging zone 6, a heating-melting zone 7, a pressing zone 8, a cooling zone 9 and a post-treating zone 10 separated with partitions 18-21 which can be opened and closed freely as shown 12-13-14-15 to automatically execute the production of the reprocessed article. Lastly, a post-treatment is properly applied to the product discharged from the metallic mold 15 at the post-treating zone 10 and discharged as a porous reprocessed article for example.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
