PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the disagreement of a course sent by a land side with a planned course by providing a record medium for holding the planned course of a train and a comparison means for detecting the disagreement of the course information received by the wireless control device of a train side with the held planned course. ;SOLUTION: The course information of a train is extracted from the telegram of the course information from a land side to a train side (S 401). Then, a next passing planned course is detected from a planned course data base and the course information of the opened planned course and the course information not opened are produced (S 402). The course information of the opened state produced the extracted course information is compared with that of the not opened state (S 403) and if it is matched with either one, it is judged that the extracted course information is normal and the course information of a train side control device is renewed (S 404).
