FLUE TUBE THERMAL CRACKING FURNACE AND RECYCLING FACILITY FOR WASTED RUBBER PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thermally crack objects to be treated with efficiency by providing a flue tube in a furnace main body as well as providing a feeding port for the objects at the upper part of the main body and a drawing port for cracked residue at a bottom part, so as to be freely opened and closed, and permitting both upper and lower ends of the flue tube to protrude from the upper and lower parts of the main body to the outside of the furnace. SOLUTION: A longitudinal cylindrical furnace body 2 of a flue tube type thermal cracking furnace 1 is provided at the upper part thereof with a freely opened and closed feeding port 3 for objects A to be treated, i.e., waste rubber products, and at the bottom part thereof with a drawing port 5 for cracked residue C so as to be freely opened and closed. Further, a flue tube 6 is disposed at the inside center of the furnace main body 2 with its both upper and lower ends being passed through upper and lower side walls so as to be drawn to the outside of the furnace. The lower end of the flue tube 6 is connected to a combustion gas generating device through a combustion gas supply path to generate combustion gas D inside. In this way, cracked residue is collected to the bottom part so as to be readily fallen down and discharged from the drawing port and uniformly heat the entire furnace, thereby subjecting the entire objects to be treated to uniform heating and cracking.
