PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hygienically store a Sake server when not being used, and also, hygienically store the Sake server while keeping Sake inside, under a state wherein the quality is maintained by providing a closing means to hermetically close a pipe at both end sides of the pipe of the Sake server which is arranged from the suction side to the discharging side.;SOLUTION: For a Sake warming apparatus 1, the suction port 2 side is made a Sake receiver 3, and Sake which is sucked in by a pump 4 is warmed and discharged. On the suction port 2, a closing valve 10a is provided, and a pipe 6 can be made airtight by closing the closing valve 10a or the like. For example, the closing valve 10a at the suction port 2 is made a manual valve, and at the time of a storage, the valve is closed, and when the usage is started after the storage, a manual operation to open the valve can simply be performed. The discharging side is formed into a cylindrical discharging port 5 which works as an operation lever for the discharging/the stop of the discharging as well, and by the lever operation, a closing valve 10b on the discharging port 5 side can be closed, and thus, the discharging port 5 is used as a closing means on the discharging side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
