PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a part requiring other people's help for reducing error and to improve sensitivity by feeding sample oil by a pump, discharging it into a vacuum container for extracting a dissolved gas, and performing an analysis with a high-sensitivity detector. ;SOLUTION: A dissolved gas analysis device of transformer insulation oil or the like is composed of a deaerator for deaerating a dissolved gas in oil and a detection part for detecting the deaerated gas. Then, for example, sample oil in a sample container 1 is introduced into a liquid sampler 2 by a tube pump 3, is metered by a metering tube 10, and is introduced to a vacuum bubbling tank 4. When the sample oil is discharged from a pipe 19, the dissolved gas is extracted. The extracted gas is introduced to gas sampling valves 6 and 7 and enters metering pipes 11 and 12. The gas is separated into each constituent by columns 13 and 14 and is detected by a photo ionization detector PID 15 and a hydrogen flame ionization detector FID 16 where a nickel catalysis pipe 17 is connected.
