THROW-AWAY TABLEWARE MADE OF VEGETABLE FIBER AND ITS PRODUCTION AS WELL AS METAL MOLD FOR PRODUCING TABLEWARE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a production cost by using vegetable fibers, such as straws, as main raw materials, to simplify a working stage by molding these vegetable fibers in the state of powder and to provide throw-away tableware made of the vegetable fibers which prevent the environmental pollution by waste disposal.;SOLUTION: 65% Vegetable fibers, 13% calcium bicarbonate, 9.3% EVA hot sol, 11.6% aminoplastic for metal molds, 1% bleaching agent and 0.1% antiseptic are pulverized more finely than 60 mesh and are mixed. The mixture is pressed for 3 to 30 seconds under pressure of 20 to 60 Kg/cm2 by setting the temperature of the metal molds at 105 to 210°C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
