PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a blank member having multiple locators with small force by providing a U-shaped base section on a fitting tool having at least two separated locators, and providing a clamping mechanism matched with one locator and applying force to the other locator.;SOLUTION: A U-shaped base section 92 having a first end wall 94 position- adjustably against a second end wall 96 is provided on a fitting tool 91, for holding a blank member 80 having multiple locators 82, 84, 86 in a turbine during machining. An upper section 105 supporting a clamping mechanism including an actuator 109 and a sleeve 110 is integrally formed on the first end wall 94. A lower face 115 having horizontal slots 116, 117 for positioning the fitting tool 91 to a machine tool is formed on the base section 92. A contact section 120 is pivotally fitted to the second end wall 96, a wedge-shaped projection 121 converging toward an edge 126 is formed on the contact section 120, and the blank member 80 can be held by the projection 121.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
