Furthermore, polysiloxane-polyether block copolymer expressed with formulas I, III at 0.1-5 pts.wt. and one or more kinds of nucleus forming agent selected from the azo-dicarbon amide and talc at 0.02-5 pts.wt. are blended, and the whole are heated for kneading within a range at 145-190°C.
