PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect growth base from heavy rain and storm or frost heaving and damage from a drought by simple construction work comprising only bag bodies containing the seeds of arboreous plants laid on the face of slope and laying mulching materials on-the on the surface of growth base layer mixed with seeds and covering them after spreading work to the face of slope, thereby arranging the growth environment for herb and arbor add greening work permitting the formation of plant community with probiosis. SOLUTION: Bag bodies 2 containing seeds 7 of arboreous plants laid on the face of slope at predetermined intervals and a growth base layer 3 formed by the spray work of soil dressing mixed together with the seeds 8 of the herb plants to the face of slope 1 are provided.
