PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovering structure of remaining water or remaining milk, capable of readily and precisely removing the remaining water or the remaining milk remaining in a milk claw and a milk tube to a vacuum pressure line. ;SOLUTION: This recovering structure has an opening and closing means 100 for opening and closing a communicating opening 38 for communicating the interior of a milk claw 34 and the interior of a milk tube 36 by a valve 50. The communicating opening 38 is closed by operating the valve 50 by the opening and closing means 100, and the gas in the interior of the milk tube 36 is sucked into a vacuum pressure line to form the interior of the milk tube into a high vacuum state. Thereafter, the communicating opening 38 is opened by operating the valve 50 by the opening and closing means 100 to allow outside air to rush in the interior of the milk tube 36 through the interior of the milk claw 34 and the communicating opening 38. The remaining milk and the remaining water in the milk claw 34 and the milk tube 36 is sent out into the interior of the vacuum pressure line and discharged to the interior of a receiver or the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
