PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized machine for carrying out process from making noodle to boiling noodle where the process from making noodle to boiling noodle are easily conducted as nonstop operation. ;SOLUTION: This machine 10 for carrying out process from making noodle to boiling noodle has a cylinder 90 with a piston 80 and a caldron 18. When dough for making noodles is thrown into the cylinder 90, the cylinder is attached to metal fittings 104 and a motor 34 is switched on to actuate the piston 80 for extruding the dough through penetrating holes 98 formed in the bottom wall 92 of the cylinder 90. And string-like noodles are formed and are held in the caldron 18 placed on a heater 16 on a heating plate 14, and are boiled. Thus, the machine 10 enables us to conduct the process from making noodle to boiling noodle as nonstop operation by only two basic operations both of throwing the dough into the cylinder 90 and of pushing a starting switch 42 of the motor 34, and therefore can improve working efficiency.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
