PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute training for a business program by simulating a message process similar to the process, carried out when the mode of a system corresponds to business, when the mode corresponds to the training. ;SOLUTION: When an input device 15 of a business terminal 10 sends an execution instruction of message transmission, a communication program is called and when a mode decision part 12 decides that the mode in use is a 'training mode', a message is transmitted by a message transmission part 11 to the dummy center device 20. The sent message is received by an incoming message reception part 21 and processed by the same pseudo center program as a business center program. The outgoing message edited by an outgoing message editing part 25 is transmitted from an outgoing message transmission part 26 to the business terminal 10 and received by a message reception part 13 according through the communication program.
