PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently purify water quality of a large amount of water. SOLUTION: This device is constituted of a water introduction pipe 13 sunk down into water, a floating body 12 for supporting the pipe 13, an air pump 14 mounted on the floating body 12, an air introduction pipe 15 for feeding air to the lower part of the water introduction pipe 13 with the air pump 14, a jetting port 16 provided toward the side direction from the water introduction pipe 13, and a propeller 17 provided on the jetting port 16 and jetting the water in the water introduction pipe 13. When the propeller 17 is worked and the water is jetted from the jetting port 16, the water near the water surface and air on the surface of the water are sucked from the upper part opening of the water introduction pipe 13, and are mixed. Water at the deep layer is sucked from the lower part opening, and is mixed with the air from the air pump 14. Thus, the water quality is contrived to be purified. The propeller 17 is made larger and the water in the circumference of the water introduction pipe 13 is pushed to one side, then a water stream is generated and the water is circulated by convection.
