REUSING METHOD OF ACTIVATED COKE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse an activated coke powder after desulfurization and denitrification which is conventionally not reused as active cokes because of mixing of impurities and its powdery state by selecting the classification size. ;SOLUTION: An activated coke after subjected to either or both of dry desulfurization treatment and denitrification treatment of a waste gas is classified according to 0.5 mm classification size into an oversize coke and an undersize coke. The active oversize coke is reused as an active coke, while the undersize active coke is pickled with hydrochloric acid or the like and then reused.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
