PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide underground wall drain structure capable of preventing underground water from leaking to the indoor side from a connection part of a joint part between adjacent drain panels. ;SOLUTION: A plurality of drain panels 30 having water permeable sheets 36 are connected by means of a connection tool 60 to the indoor face side of a concrete building frame 20 making an underground wall. The connection tool 60 has a long partition plate 62 making the end edge a U-shaped turn-up part 64, and the drain panel 30 is arranged in a state where a side wall face is brought into contact with the partition plate 62 of the connection tool and in another state where it collides with the U-shaped turn-up part 64.
