PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a soft capsule formulation reduced in a sense of incompatibility of a formulation shell, bitterness, etc., of a medicinal agent and excellent in feeling of administration. ;SOLUTION: This soft capsule formulation comprises contents which are filled in a formulation shell and are in a solid or a semisolid state at room temperature. The soft capsule formulation can be a chewable type capsule formulation and a low-melting additive can be contained in the contents thereof. The content of the low-melting additive can be ≥10% based on the total weight of the contents. The melting point thereof can be about 20-50°C. The low-melting additive can be selected from the group consisting of a chocolate base, a lard, a coconut fat and Macrogol (R) (a polyethylene glycol) and a combination thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
