PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method for a pipe body such as a square steel pipe and a circular steel pipe capable of being tightened easily from outside with join hardware by a bolt using an inexpensive through bolt instead of an expansive on side bolt, a bolt conveyance device, and a bolt pulling out jig. ;SOLUTION: When a pipe body and join hardware are mutually joined by a bolt, a bolt conveyance device 15 provided with a bolt holder 14 nipping a plurality of bolts in a condition in which they stand straight is inserted into the pipe body and is stopped at a predetermined position, and a bolt pulling out jig 18 inserted with a washer 17 and a nut 12 is inserted into bolt holes of overlapped pipe elements and a bolt hole of the join hardware 5 from the outside. A tip part of the bolt nipped by the bolt holder is gripped and pulled out by a bolt grip cylinder 19 of this pulling out jig, the tip part of the bolt protrudes to the outside of the join hardware, and the washer and the nut are moved from the pulling out jig to the tip part of the bolt to screw-fit the nut and tighten them.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
