PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase degree of freedom of the rotor design by forming a first rotary part of a material relatively small in coefficient of thermal expansion, and casting a second rotary part of a material relatively large in coefficient of thermal expansion around the first rotary part. ;SOLUTION: A forward housing 3 and a rear housing 4 are connected to a center housing 1 and a stator 2 to seal openings on forward and rear sides through annular seal members 5, 6. A drive shaft 13 as the first rotary body is rotatably supported by the forward and rear housings 3, 4 through bearings 11, 12. In addition, a shearing member 14 as a second rotary part is provided on the drive shaft 13. The drive shaft 13 is formed of iron or ferrous metal relatively small in coefficient of thermal expansion, and the shearing member 14 is formed of aluminum or aluminum alloy relatively large in coefficient of thermal expansion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
