PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the weight and the capacity of the housed articles in a container, and to simplify the setting layout of the cylinders, by making the individual cylinders to rotate tilting frames divided into the front side and the rear side, around the individual car width direction shafts, compact respectively. ;SOLUTION: This cargo handling device 3 is provided to a subchassis 13. To the cargo work device 3, a tilting frame 32 connected rotatable around the first car width direction shaft 31 at the rear end of the subchassis 13, a tilting cylinder 33 to convert the tilting frame 32 in the falling condition, the first inclined condition, and the second inclined condition steeper than the first inclined condition, each other; an oscillation arm 35 whose base end part is connected rotatable around the second car width direction shaft 34 at the front end of the tilting frame 32, an oscillation cylinder 36 to convert the oscillation arm 35 in the standard condition to hold it almost in a straight line form to the tilting frame 32, and in the oscillation condition fluctuating to the rear side around the second car width direction shaft, each other; and a hook 37 to support a container 2 by engaging allowable to connect and disconnect to the container 2 provided at the front end of the oscillation arm 35, are provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
