PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device receiving electromagnetic wave passing in the crust and the sea water and radiating in the air by the distortion of crust from a few days before an earthquake, receiving the electromagnetic wave without interference with other electric communication, radio waves such as NHK spreading wide in frequency of short wave, middle wave and long wave and predicting the occurrence of an earthquake. ;SOLUTION: As the results of a number of experiments for years, the wave is successfully received without interference with other waves. A multitude of directivity lines of directional receivers placed at distances are recorded on a map, a cross point of them is defined as a seismic source, seismic intensity is also predicted from the intensity of received sound and the occurrence of tsunami due to seaquake is also predicted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
