PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of damage due to not-permitted linkage by providing not-original information but substitutive information in the case of linkage from a URL other than an originally permitted referring source URL by finding out information to be provided from both of a referred URL and the referring source URL. ;SOLUTION: A referring source URL sent from a referring source URL sending device 12 and a referred URL sent from a referred URL sending device 11 are received by a retrieving device 21. The device 21 retrieves a correspondence table 20 based on the received referring source URL and referred URL, acquired positional information corresponding to both the URLs and returns the presentation information 40 based on the positional information to a reference device 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
