PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of a compound for a rare earth bond magnet small in the generation of crushing of a raw material alloy powder particle in the production of the compound, excellent in magnetic property of the bond magnet and moreover, capable of continuously compounding it for a short time.;SOLUTION: This producing method comprises a slurry preparing process by mixing a material containing a powdery rare earth alloy magnetic body, a reaction curing resin and an organic solvent to form slurry by a slurry preparing device 1 and a drying process for producing a compound composed of the powdery rare earth alloy magnetic body and the reaction curing resin by spraying the slurry in a spray drying device 5 to dry it in a moment.
