REMOTE OPERATING SYSTEM AND REMOTE OPERATING METHOD OF SPRAYING OPERATION IN UNDERGROUND EXCAVATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly improve the spraying operation carried out under an adverse environment and under an inefficient circumstances by remotely operating the spray of concrete.;SOLUTION: A light wave range finder 11 for measuring the shape of the inside wall surface, spray robots 1A, 1B being remotely operated, and cameras 12A, 12B for monitoring the spraying operation are installed in a spray operation field F; and a computer 19 for data-processing the measurement signal measured by the range finder 11 and for displaying it by a monitor, a remote controller 21 for the spray robots 1A, 1B for remotely operating the spray robots 1A, 1B, and a monitor device 20 for displaying the images picked up by the cameras 12A, 12B are installed in a remote operation region R. The various signals between the device group installed in the spray operation field and the device group installed in the remote operation region are space- transmittably connected by means of radio waves by wireless communication.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
