PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse-like laser light output with stable high peak, related to a microwave excited gas laser oscillating device. ;SOLUTION: All switching drives for a high-voltage switching power source are driven with the same drive signal, the injection variation of each magnetron 1 is feedback-controlled by voltage-control of the constant-voltage power source section, and the first pulsating current of the magnetron 1 current is ignored to take a feedback signal for feedback control of the magnetron current. Thus the pulse-like laser light output of stable high-peak is provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
