PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an operation instruction output device which converts an operation instruction corresponding to the movement of a device body by detecting the movement of the device body and distinguishing the kind of a user's action which generated the action. ;SOLUTION: A movement detecting part 101 detects the movement of a device body. A movement analyzing part 102 analyzes a movement direction, strength and the number of times from the detected movement. A user's action analyzing part 103 finds the frequency distribution of the movement from the detected movement and analyzes the kind of the user's action. A processing deciding part 104 has a storing part which stores an operation instruction corresponding to the movement direction of the device, etc., and the kind of the user's action and outputs an operation instruction corresponding to analysis results of the parts 102 and 103 to an information processor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
