SHEATH-CORE CONJUGATED CONDUCTIVE SPUN YARN, ITS PRODUCTION AND ELECTROMAGNETIC SHIELDING FABRIC USING THE YARN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain spun yarn having electroconductivity, electrostatic performance and electromagnetic shielding performance at low cost by using little amount of a silver-coated staple and, even if reducing the applying amount of the staple covered with silver as little as possible, retaining the above mentioned properties, to provide its production method and to obtain a fabric using the yarn. ;SOLUTION: This yarn is sheath-core conjugated spun yarn arranged staple bundles A at sheath side and staple bundles B at core side and the staple bundles A are comprising staple bundles consisting of 100 wt.% silver-coated staple or spun bundles mixing ≥3 wt.% silver-coated staple with silver-uncoated staple and the staple bundles B at core side are comprising silver-uncoated staple.
