PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep spontaneously swirling flow continuos and inverse the flowing directions by installing a cross-section shape deforming member gradually deforming cross-section shape of a spontaneously swirling flow to other than a circular shape on a downstream side of the spontaneously swirling flow having a circular flow rate extreme value so as to induce a spontaneously swirling flow or to induct it in a tube. SOLUTION: A circular flow rate extreme value is set so as to induce a spontaneously swirling flow or to induce it in a tube by an induction device 6. A place 9 where a process site and an object to be processed exist and which is a place where process reaction proceeds is formed on its downstream having the circular flow rate extreme value, and a cross-section shape-deforming member 4 for gradually shape-deforming the cross-section other than a circular shape, is provided at the exiting place 9 to constitute a process apparatus 8 employing fluidizing flow. Consequently, the flow in which turbulence due to spontaneous swirling flow is suppressed can be led to the process site of the process apparatus 8, and the flow direction can be inverted while continuously keeping the spontaneous swirling flow.
