SOLUTION: A table switching condition designating part 302 outputs a table switching control signal. When the means 316 is used, it is performed by means of comparison by a comparator or the output of an address for distortion correction and when the computer 308 is used, the operation coefficients of counting holding parts 310 to 312 are used. Only what is truly needed is operated by switching to an address generation table 318 which is used whenever necessary in accordance with a transmission power control level.
