PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce current consumption while securing the high-speed operation of distortion correction of a transmission amplifier by decoding respective outputs obtained by such a manner than plural comparators compare transmission power value with prescribed reference value and turning off a part of the plural comparators that do not contribute to address generation in accordance with the level of transmission power value. SOLUTION: A table switching condition designating part 302 outputs a table switching control signal. An address generation switching device 307 outputs a switching control signal showing whether an address generation table means 316 or an address computer 308 is used based on transmission power calculation value. When the means 316 is used, it is performed by means of comparison by a comparator or the output of an address for distortion correction and when the computer 308 is used, the operation coefficients of counting holding parts 310 to 312 are used. Only what is truly needed is operated by switching to an address generation table 318 which is used whenever necessary in accordance with a transmission power control level.
